OUR PROGRAMS

OVERVIEW

Sweet P Bakery’s 10 week training programs will take place in an accommodating environment where students gain hands-on work experience and training. We supply each student with support and assistance as the training sessions demand. Each student will begin with enrollment in Baking 1 and after successful completion can move on to Baking 2. We also offer a Bakery Operations session for those students who want to learn the front and back of house side of the business. All students in Baking 1 and Baking 2 will have the opportunity to experience Bakery Operations during their training.
